$5000 Victorian ACQUISITIVE ART PRIZE
The Corangamarah Art Prize - con.ceit’ 09, is a unique and contemporary Award for 2D works.

The $5,000 acquisitive prize will be awarded for a contemporary work of art which has been inspired by a happening or experience from the year preceding the exhibition (a con.ceit’).

First Prize  $5000 Acquisitive Prize
The Brewer's Choice Award (Non-Acquisitive)

Now in it’s fourth year, the Prize will culminate in an exhibition to be held at the Otway Estate Winery & Brewery, Barongarook, Victoria. The $5000 Prize will be awarded on Opening Night, Saturday 8th August 2009.

The Corangamarah Art Prize is a benevolent exhibition auspiced by Colac Area Health with all proceeds going to Corangamarah Residential Aged Care Facility.

Artists throughout Australia and Internationally are invited to submit entries to this year's Art Prize. All artworks will be subject to pre-selection judging, the finalists’ work to be hung in the con.ceit’ 09 exhibition.

Each artist may submit up to three two-dimensional pieces, maximum size 100cm x 200cm or 200cm x 100cm including frame, and depth 10cm.
